February 10, 2015Leave a reply

Westonaria Local Municipality has embarked on an undertaking to improve its customer services in general.

Your complaint could be about anything regarding waste collection in your area, potholes, broken street lights, water deficiency or anything regarding lack of services in your area.

You will always receive feedback to your complaint within 48 hours and the Customer Care Employees will communicate with a complainant until his or her problem is fixed.

Kindly be smart and get in touch with the Municipality Customer Care Unit by dialing 011 278 3169 or email your complaint to

meanwhile, residents of Greater Westonaria and business people are urged to welcome FEM Research Consulting and Municipality employees to conduct a research in the area around March 2015 regarding their feelings towards service delivery offered by council. They will be asked to add inputs on how to improve municipality services.
